2010
2010 is shaping up to be a very interesting year, at least for me.
The track at Hobbytown has a new lay out, which I am sure is the best yet. Eric definitely out did himself this time with the design. And I am very much looking forward to the coming season.
But besides that is the potential for some electric indoor racing at Ozzy’s in Leesport, which is only about 5 minutes north of Hobbytown on rte 61. This has a very big potential to be lots of fun. More news on this when as it happens.
Another interesting part of 2010 is XRC. They will be doing all night races and that means I should be able to make it there more often than I have been able to this season. There will be some challenges in taking photos at night, but we (Joe Eakin and I) will be working on that.
Also Modelbahn Ott might be opening a track at their new store.
My hope is to have some kind of multi track point series. Have one race per track over the whole season, and have a trophy or plaque or something awarded to the winner of the series.
