April 12
It rained last night. It rained a lot, thunder, lightning and wind, the bit. And I had planned on going to Pit Stop for thier first race. Bags packed, batteries charged and ready to roll.
Woke up, checked Trinity and they cancelled the race. It did rain quite a bit, but I am sure the track could have been cleaned up for a race. So, I headed to Hobbytown.
I have been working with Eric this week on the drivers stand. He was there when I got there and I helped him with the last bit of the drivers stand. Others began showing up and everyone spead out and worked on different areas of the track.
There was a lot of water on the track, but it wasn’t long before it was cleaned up and people were running on it.
Pit Stops first race is now pushed back a week, which falls on the same day as the first Hobbytown race. Which is a bit of a problem. But what can you do?
